    Checking the box below confirms that you have read and understood the following:

    • Event information must be submitted AT LEAST 6 weeks prior to the event to give the Communications Team ample time to prepare promotional materials and one month to promote the event. Otherwise, event information will be shared upon their availability.
    • If the event/class host artist/instructor is a member of the Pike Road Arts Council, they are responsible for any and all coordination for the workshop/event including setup, break-down, volunteers, etc. *This does not apply to external artists.*
    • All fields must be completed. Any information not provided will make the submission incomplete, which will not be passed to the the PRAC Director and TPR Communications Team.
    • If this event/class requires supplies to be purchased by the Arts Council, the list will be submitted to the Town of Pike Road for funding to be approved to be purchased by the Arts Council. Any items purchased without approval will be the responsibility of the purchaser and not subject to reimbursement.
