"After Saturday night’s storms, there are multiple reports of tree damage and properties impacted in our area. We are thankful to have no reports of serious injury. As of now, all main highways are still passable. We encourage all residents to exercise caution as they move about today.

First responders, EMA, utility teams, and other appropriate officials are actively working. Both power providers have notified us that their crews are working throughout the area. They anticipate that most areas will be addressed today; however, the scattered nature of the storm has crews responding to a wide area of damage. We are thankful for each team that has been and is actively assisting those in need.
