Night Out on the Farm Marketplace Application
The Town of Pike Road is seeking agriculture commodity vendors for Night Out on the Farm on July 16 from 5–7 p.m.!
This free, family-focused event will bring children and families together for an evening centered around agriculture, education, and farm fun. Vendors offering agriculture-related products, goods, and commodities are invited to participate in the marketplace portion of the event while connecting with families from across the community. Night Out on the Farm will feature interactive agricultural experiences, educational exhibits, animals, tractors, demonstrations, and more, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for attendees to explore and support local agriculture. Vendor Guidelines and Information- All applicants must be based in the Town of Pike Road city limits or jurisdiction.
- Vendors must be selling a tangible product that can be purchased at the event. Applicants that will not be approved are: "promotional only" booths, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or direct sales companies.
- Vendors must have or obtain a Town of Pike Road business license in order to be approved.
- Vendors will be allotted a space measuring 10' wide x 18' deep.
- Vendors will bear the responsibility for all setup and breakdown needs for their booth. Please make plans to secure your booth space, such as weights, stakes and anchors, to prepare for any possible wind.
- All vendors must be self-sufficient. Power and water supply, along with tents, tables, and chairs will not be provided.
- No amplified music is allowed.
- Approved vendors will receive setup information via email prior to the event.
