PIKE ROAD, AL – The Town of Pike Road, in partnership with the Pike Road Business Association, celebrated the grand openings of Barberitos and Teriyaki Madness with a dual ribbon cutting Tuesday, Aug. 25, along U.S. Highway 80 East.
Located at 12776 and 12740 U.S. Highway 80 East, the two restaurants share a building and expand local dining options for Pike Road residents and visitors. Barberitos offers Southwestern fare prepared with fresh ingredients, including hand-smashed guacamole and housemade salsas.
Teriyaki Madness serves customizable, made-to-order teriyaki bowls featuring marinated, grilled chicken, steak, tofu or salmon, along with rice or noodles and fresh stir-fry vegetables. This new location is the second Teriyaki Madness restaurant in Pike Road, following the opening of its Merry Corners Shopping Center location earlier this year.
Community members, local business leaders and Town representatives joined the celebration. The Town of Pike Road is committed to fostering a vibrant local economy and supporting businesses that choose to call the community home.
