2026 Town of Pike Road Back to School Bash Participant Application

Join the Town of Pike Road for Back to School Bash! Local makers, artisans, food vendors and small businesses are invited to showcase their products, connect with Pike Road citizens and give the community a chance to shop with them and support their businesses. Community organizations, service providers and other groups are also invited to participate by creating an activity, sharing helpful resources or engaging with families during the event. Back to School Bash will be held Saturday, August 1, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. in the green space by Publix (1341 Pike Road). All marketplace vendors, organizations and activity participants should register using this form.

Vendor Guidelines and Information

  • All applicants must be based in Town of Pike Road city limits or jurisdiction.
  • Vendors must be selling a tangible product that can be purchased at the event. Applicants that will not be approved are: “promotional only” booths, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or direct sales companies.
  • Vendors must have or obtain a Town of Pike Road business license in order to be approved.
  • Vendors will be allotted a space measuring 10′ wide x 18′ deep.
  • Vendors will bear the responsibility for all setup and breakdown needs for their booth. Please make plans to secure your booth space, such as weights and anchors, to prepare for any possible wind. Stakes will not be permitted for use in the parking lot.
  • All vendors must be self-sufficient. Power and water supply, along with tents, tables, and chairs will not be provided.
  • No amplified music is allowed, as this event will feature live performing artists.
  • Approved vendors will receive setup information via email prior to the event.
