The objectives of the Board of Zoning Adjustments are to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Building Official in the enforcement or administration of our Ordinances.

The Board of Adjustments meets when an application for a variance has been submitted.

In the event that there are items for consideration, the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) will meet on the first Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at Pike Road Town Hall. Notice of an upcoming meeting of the BZA is posted ten days in advance in several locations, including the bulletin board on the exterior of Town Hall.** 

** The Town of Pike Road observes federal holidays. In the case that a town council and/or planning commission meeting falls on one of these holidays, the meeting(s) will be moved to the following business day.**
