Please use the links at the bottom of this page to access the Town of Pike Road’s Building Permit forms. These downloadable PDFs should be completed and returned to Town Hall by emailing Tammy Stricklin at [email protected] or by mail to:

Building and Trade Permit Applications will be reviewed by our Building Director, Lowell Thomas, ([email protected]). When the review is complete, you will receive an email notification of your Permit Fee from Tammy Stricklin. The email to pay via credit card* will come from Xpress-Pay. Permit Fees can also be paid by check, mailed to the same address as above.
Permits will be emailed to recipients following receipt of payment. No work should begin until you receive your permit.
