Being strong or showing strength takes courage. Oftentimes, when we are placed in difficult situations or encounter conflict, we rely on inner-strengths to navigate successfully through the situation or conflict. Sept 16, while we enjoy a lunch, we will define strength, talk about how to recognize our own strengths, and how to put them to work for us consistently so that we have the courage to use them when put in difficult situations.
