About the Event

Join Delores Osborne-Hensley and the Pike Road Arts Council on Saturday, March 22, from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Pike Road Arts Center (944 Wallahatchie Rd). The event will feature artist Delores Osborne-Hensley, as she shares her journey of becoming a self-taught copper jewelry maker.


This is a hands-on beginner class that will teach the student how to hand-cut copper sheet metal. file edges, patina it, and connect the pieces using jump rings and copper wire to fir a pendant and matching earrings. Students must be able to use metal sheers (scissors) to cut a sheet of metal.
