About the Event
Enjoy the Classical Masters Series with the Pike Road Arts Council Feb. 5 - March 19! Join the PRAC from 2 - 4 p.m. every other Sunday at the Pike Road Arts Center (944 Wallahatchie Rd) to dive into the world of classical music. This series will highlight the greatest composers of the classical era and their symphonies. Beethoven, who came of age during the French Revolution and is credited with revolutionizing the symphonic genre, will be the focus of the February series. In March, we will listen to excerpts from the 10 symphonies written by Mozart in his mature period. Refreshments will be served.
